Furthermore, UAE Industry 4.0 will create thousands of jobs for highly-skilled workers across different types of industries in the UAE.

What is UAE Industry 4.0

UAE Industry 4.0 is the first initiative of its kind to be implemented in the Middle East that recognises the potential of harnessing automation, additive manufacturing, and other advanced technologies to reduce the UAE’s carbon footprint while enabling companies to be more innovative and forward-thinking.

The UAE’s Industry 4.0 strategy aims to:

  • Secure the future of water and food supply using advanced renewable technologies and bioengineering sciences 
  • Adopt a digital economy to enhance economic security
  • Develop robotics and autonomous vehicle technologies to facilitate an advanced defence industry.
